I have xbox game pass ultimate so i have it on my pc with EA Play, I have linked my accounts and i’m trying to download Knockout City from EADesktop and it doesn’t even come up with a download prompt. So it tired in the xbox app with game pass and it took me to EADesktop and did the same thing. I’m not sure what to do about this 16/1/ · Try installing to D again, which still has GB. Hi Janz-e, I fixed it doing this process: open "Services" with administrator permission, then scroll down, when you find "Windows Update", right click on it, select "properties", and then in start type change it to "Automatic", then in "recovery", set "first error" to "restart the service", finally go back to "general" and start the service if the services is already started stop it and start againthen close Xbox Beta App and open it, it should work now.

Are you using a Microsoft account and are you running the app as an administrator? Give us some more details on the issue and we can see what could be causing this problem
