What was really tedious was the day-to day selection of your training plan AND having to go through the actual practice. This is IMPORTANT to do though, because when you start out, you are limited to two training events per day. If you sim through any of the practices, your players may or may not improve, and you'll never get more efficient as a coach. If, however, you go through every practice, every week during the first season, you'll get THREE Practices a day during your second season!!!
